Registration Fee

OWWA Member Rules

To ensure you remain protected, please follow rules governing the validity of your membership.

  1. Validity Period: Membership is valid for two (2) years from the date of payment, regardless of contract duration. Even if your contract is for three years, your OWWA coverage expires after the second year unless renewed.

  3. Non-Transferable: You cannot transfer your membership to another person.
  4. Non-Refundable: The USD 25.00 fee is a contribution to the trust fund and cannot be refunded even if you do not utilize any benefits during the two-year period.
  5. Effectivity: Coverage begins immediately upon payment and issuance of the Official Receipt.

Migrant Workers Office (MWO)

Previously known as the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) is the overseas operating arm of the DMW. It acts as the primary agency that enforces Philippine labor policies abroad.
